This notice describes what COMTINUM collects when you use this site and what is done with it.
What is collected
If you request access, the email address you provide is stored together with the time of the request and a reference number. If you enter an invitation code, the code and the time it was used are stored.
The site stores a small record in your browser so that it can recognise you on a later visit. It contains only your reference number and visit times. It is never sent to a server.
Privacy-preserving usage analytics are collected. No cross-site tracking cookies are set. Requests are subject to rate limiting, which processes your IP address briefly for abuse prevention.
How it is used
Your email address is used to send one confirmation and, if access becomes available, to contact you about it. It is not sold and not shared for marketing.
Where it is kept
Data is processed by infrastructure providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Resend (email delivery), each under their own data processing terms.
Your rights
You may ask for your request to be deleted or for a copy of the data held about you. Reply to any message you have received from COMTINUM, quoting your reference.
